To carry out the complex of primary geological studies of subsoil geological structure and the material composition of the rocks, as well as their systematization by specialists at the Kuldur mine the storage for core material and sample preparation center were established.

The core storage serves as a storage place for core samples of rock extracted from cleft, which is a unique primary source of extensive information about the deposit. Currently, the new core storage of the Kuldur mine is designed to store up to 17 thousand long metres of samples.

The sample preparation center was built next to core storage, where samples are prepared for laboratory studies and further analysis. The center is equipped with world-class FLSmidth equipment and designed to process 60-200 samples per day, depending on number of shifts.

Thus, a full monitoring cycle has been implied at the Kuldur mine, which enables to obtain results promptly: drilling - sample preparation - analytics. The establishment of the core storage and the sample preparation center will increase the information content of prospecting and effectiveness of deposit development at the Kuldur brucite mine.

The three-stage complex for mine development is equally effective: sample preparation, analytics, mineral aggregate storage, will be implied for Savkinsky deposit development.
