The construction of the corporate dormitory at the territory of the deposit was completed on
August 16-th. The enterprise fulfils its purpose step by step - to create comfortable living conditions
for engineering personnel from other regions involved in the deposit operation.

The construction of the corporate dormitory at the territory of the deposit was completed on August 16-th. The enterprise fulfils its purpose step by step - to create comfortable living conditions for engineering personnel from other regions involved in the deposit operation.

New corporate dormitory is a modern architectural solution - a single-storeyed modular building. Its area is 551 m2. There are 16 one-room apartments and 2 two-room superior apartments in the dormitory. All rooms have comforts for a cozy stay; each has its own bathroom and shower. Furthermore, television and the Internet access are provided in each room.

In addition to living rooms there are a kitchen, a laundry room, a room for storing special clothing, a room for security in the corporate dormitory. All rooms are equipped with all necessary furniture and inventory: household appliances and home furnishings. There are all service lines in the building; the life support system is completely autonomous.

In order to provide good-quality rest to visiting specialists, a rest room, a billiard room, an exercise room, a sauna room were also built and opened to the public at the territory of the dormitory.

Conveniences of the dormitory was highly appreciated by the first guests who started to live there on August 19. According to reviews of some specialists who often work in similar living conditions, the dormitory at Kuldur deposit is the best one they have ever lived in. The company plans to launch the construction of a second dormitory for deposit workers in 2019.
